The maintenance team work closely with the operations director to undertake essential maintenance required on our chalets to prepare them for the busy ski season.  These tasks vary significantly, so we require someone with a positive ‘can do’ attitude who is willing to learn new skills as well as to apply skills you already have to find solutions to any issues that may arise.  The maintenance team are also carrying out the renovation of one of our private chalets.

The position available is for immediate start during August and will continue until the end of November.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

• Positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
• Ability to work on your own initiative to complete the tasks in hand
• Good technical skills – particularly carpentry, tiling, painting and decorating
• French language skills would be an advantage to deal with local suppliers but not essential
• Driving licence

Eligibility

All applicants must be in possession of an EU passport or work permit for the UK and an EXISTING permanent UK national insurance number. Due to motor insurance requirements, only applicants over 21 years of age will be considered – there is no maximum age limit.
