Alpine Elements is a catered chalet company specializing in Alpine Activity Holidays throughout many exciting French resorts.  We are a young company, continually growing and determined to give our guests and staff a fantastic experience!

We have opportunities for people interested in being a Resort Rep.  This position is ideal for people who are confident, outgoing, organised and very timely.  We offer a large range of services for our guests – it is the resort rep’s responsibility to be as accurate as possible with this information and be well informed to answer any other question that might be asked! 

You will be focused on giving the finest customer service, and continually improve and monitor service standards.  Being diplomatic and proactive when dealing with concerns/complaints is also very important.  This role can be very diverse so flexibility is vital to its success!  

Candidate Specification:

Applicants should have excellent people skills; you will also be a highly motivated individual with energy, drive and the initiative to solve problems.  For this position we require people that hold a driving license and are aged over 21 (this is for vehicle insurance purposes in France) Some French would also be advantageous.
