If you are thinking about the next step in your outdoor career and want a new challenge, then working with PGL in Australia could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

PGL Australia provides an exciting opportunity for you to take your outdoor and explore a new country and the role offers the perfect opportunity for those looking to work whilst travelling.

PGL’s Australian centres are developing fast and this is your chance to help support PGL Australia during an exciting period of growth. We’re looking for Activity Instructors / Group Leaders with good experience of delivering outdoor activities to join the team in Australia at Campaspe Downs, Camp Rumbug and Kindilan.

To help us deliver our product and give our guests a fantastic experience across all three centres, you will have a sense of adventure & ‘can do’ attitude. Group Leading skills / experience or the ability to quickly transition into this role will be highly regarded and you will ideally hold current off-ground and/or paddlesport qualifications.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take your skills and knowledge to the other side of the world and provides a great chance to expand your CV, gain valuable experience, enrich your knowledge of the outdoor industry all whilst having a great time and exploring Australia.

You will need to be able to secure flights and visas before starting. Unlike some travel organisations, who are charging up to $400 to set young people up (in addition to flight and visa costs), in Australia there is no charge for the support we will provide employees prior to arrival.
